Grown with intention on the Southern Oregon coast, our shiitake mushrooms offer a meaty texture and deep umami flavor. Hand-harvested in small batches, these beauties are perfect for stir-fries, broths, and breakfast scrambles. Their chewy bite and buttery finish make them a favorite among chefs and home cooks alike.

Chef’s Note: Slice thick and sauté slowly in olive oil with thyme and garlic. Add a splash of tamari for depth. Serve over polenta or tuck into a grilled cheese with caramelized onions.

Safe for Pets: Shiitake mushrooms are safe for dogs and cats in moderation. Contains immune-supporting compounds beneficial for pet health.

Allergen info: Grown on agricultural substrate; 100% Organic wood shavings & soy hull. Not cultivated in a facility with peanuts, tree nuts or shellfish. Avoid use if you have known mushroom allergies. 

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.  Discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs.
