Our mushroom products are carefully sourced and handled to support both human health and pet wellness. We understand the importance of providing products that meet your expectations, which is why we've established the following refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness in all transactions.

Return Timeframe:
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh mushroom products, some items may not be eligible for return. Please contact us before initiating a return.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including opened or used products, perishable goods that show signs of use or deterioration, and clearance or sale items marked as final sale.
Exchanges:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product.
